Marianne M. Radcliff
Marianne Radcliff is Vice President for Kemper Consulting in the Richmond office. She represents clients before the Virginia General Assembly, legislative and executive branch agencies, boards and commissions. Her practice centers on transportation, procurement, local government, natural resources and budget issues.
Mrs. Radcliff has been a private sector lobbyist for 11 years. She served as Assistant Secretary of Transportation during the administration of Governor George Allen and returned to serve as Legislative Liaison for the Transportation Secretariat during the beginning of the administration of Governor Jim Gilmore. In addition, she was charged with the oversight of a comprehensive regulatory review for all the agencies within the secretariat.
Mrs. Radcliff also served as Special Assistant for Government Affairs in the Office of the Director at the Virginia Department of Aviation. During her tenure, she worked with federal, state and local legislative and regulatory officials to develop and further Virginia aviation policy.
Mrs. Radcliff has served as an adjunct faculty member at Longwood College. She is a 1998 graduate of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia, and a member of the Virginia Aviation Board, a post she was appointed to by Governor Mark R. Warner on July 1, 2003 and reappointed to by Governor Tim Kaine on July 1, 2007. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Sabot at Stony Point School in Richmond, Virginia.
Mrs. Radcliff earned her Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in public law from Bowling Green State University in 1993. She is a 1992 graduate of Longwood University.
